Change or Correction?

Just because you convince yourself you've made a change that doesn't guarantee that it's right? sw

Luke 17:4-5
If he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times comes back to you and says, 'I repent,' forgive him."
The apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith!"

NIV

You can waste a life time failing or spend it finding truth. sw

Finding your destiny requires sight and it's value having realized it to be true. sw

John 1:34
I have seen and I testify that this is the Son of God."

NIV

The difference between what is right and wrong has everything to do with "Who said so". sw

A perfect moment is when your starving to death in the middle of no where and you look up to then realize your seated under an apple tree that was planted years ago. sw

The end of a power struggle is when you realize all you can do is watch and wait. sw

Forgetting is just a word used to summarize the process which leads to depreciation. sw

Deut 8:10-14
Be careful that you do not forget the LORD your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day. Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied, then your heart will become proud and you will forget the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

NIV

Tears and sweat are the occasional reminders your soul is taking a bath. sw

Bitterness is one of the most painful "Bites" your emotions can deliver. sw

If you survive the first time your bitten, that alone does not guarantee bitterness won't also find you the second time sw

Ps 107:12-17
So he subjected them to bitter labor; they stumbled, and there was no one to help.
Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.

He brought them out of darkness and the deepest gloom and broke away their chains.
Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men,
for he breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron.

Some became fools through their rebellious ways and suffered affliction because of their iniquities.

NIV

When a man finds himself unable able to laugh he's forgotten what's good for his own soul. sw

Information has everything to do with your outlook on life, yet truth is the only interpretation that has redeemable value. sw

John 8:31-32
To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free ."

NIV

A social drinker does so in order to blend into the life of the party, whereas the man of sorrows drinks to numb the effects of the life that's since left him. sw

Burning your life candle at both ends makes the light you have in you go out quicker. sw

Raising children is tough on the toes, whereas raising someone else's children that see no value in a relationship the pain that could last a lifetime. sw

Betrayal is the kiss of death that's soon realized. sw

Matt 26:48-50
Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: "The one I kiss is the man; arrest him." Going at once to Jesus, Judas said, "Greetings, Rabbi!" and kissed him.

Jesus replied, "Friend, do what you came for."

NIV

Sympathy and empathy have the last three letters in common and then there's compassion. sw

It's Fathers Day

Very few things of importance are being defended in the days we find ourselves in. It's unfortunate but at the top of that list is the "Father".

It's always assumed that Father is strong, courageous, he never taste pain and if he does he's not supposed to show it. Father also gets blamed for such foolish thinking as if a mans world.

Father is not someone you would expect to see crying or sitting around having had his feelings hurt, but yet do we ever ask ourselves why?

In some homes Father is the least observed face in the house, yet does anyone truly care enough to ask why?

Father is supposed to be a good if not "The" bread winner and keep food on the table, the kids in new shoes and keep Mom happy so everyone else will be happy. Of course Father can only be so wise until Father forget's and has to be reminded that "A happy wife equals a happy life"?

Father is expected to speak very few words in the course of his life yet at the top of that list of words He's expected to speak on a regular basis is the word "Yes".

Father is supposed to keep an open and full wallet on his person at all times. Father is supposed to know how to fix anything that breaks and that without having a care or asking how those things got broke to begin with.

Father is supposed to be the one that has all the answers when everyone else has exhausted their own opinions before asking for his.

Father is expected to be patient and quietly accept the blame when things don't go according to "everyone" else's plans in the house.

Father is expected to be able to bring swift order to the household when it's members can't agree and in the next moment manage himself adorable to the point as if their friend.

Father is expected to act his own age as well like a 10 year old at the drop of the hat. Father is expected to intuitively know the depths of engendered differences and that to include how to read minds and forecast moon cycles.

Father is expected to have few emotions nor is he's entitled to respond differently as does everyone else.

As everyone else gets older Father is still expected to keep up with the latest and comment even less than he did the day before.

Father is expected to make himself available just in case someone might have a question and be silent when nobody wants the answer.

It's assumed Father knows the answer to everything except what matters in the moment.

Father is only entitled to think when prompted and always do the right thing.

Fathers are expected to be seen and not heard and know when such a miracle should take place.

Fathers are expected to never tell a lie, yet tolerate and over look as many as are told.

Fathers are expected to act surprised and feel loved year after year with the same tie he gets at Christmas, his birthday and Fathers day.

It's expected that as Father gets older He knows less and less and should be grateful as if he also played a role in all that he now see's in His household.

So to all you Fathers out there, I bid you good tidings and I hope you enjoy and have a blessed Fathers Day as we each marvel at the expectations that have been placed on the office of a "True Father".

I wish it could be said without argument and be said especially in the household that belongs under the Father as it has been written.

As Fathers and as we reach for the full potential that can be found in the word "Realize" let us as Fathers remember our own Father the "Way" He would have us to. amen

Acts 4:18-19
Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus

But Peter and John replied, "Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God's sight to obey you rather than God .
NIV

1 Cor 11:3-4
Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God

Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head.
NIV

John 20:10-17
Then the disciples went back to their homes, but Mary stood outside the tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus' body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot.

They asked her, "Woman, why are you crying?"

"They have taken my Lord away," she said, "and I don't know where they have put him." At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realize that it was Jesus.

"Woman," he said, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?"

Thinking he was the gardener, she said, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him."

Jesus said to her, "Mary."

She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, "Rabboni!" (which means Teacher).

Jesus said, "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father , to my God and your God.'"

"Yes" they replied

The words of God declares that Jesus didn't simply make a bold declaration below. Instead it says He "Answered".

What was the question He was responding to though?

In terms of the person of Jesus I think many over look the cardinal rule in that He was also given the 'Title" of "Rabbi" (teacher). Even fewer will even further extend that same "Grace" of authority towards the men that He (Jesus) hand picked from among the ranks of humanity and then taught.

In the culture of America today very few can find themselves able to authorize someone other than themselves or popular opinion to teach them what they say they also "Want" to come to understand.

Concerning the truth I've learned that a truthful statement will not contradict itself. It can be stated front to back or back to front and NOT loose the essence of it's meaning. Further evidence of such a thought would be that the person of Jesus would never contradict Himself in what He says.

All that being based on the belief that it is "Impossible" for Him to lie!

It's easy to suggest that we've built our house of understanding as it concerns the divine by way of the principle "Line upon line and precept upon precept", yet what if we "Forget" our "Lines"?

That to me would make for a scattered presentation or botched performance, wouldn't it?

Especially if we installed the context of the rendering of a familiar "Play"?

I constantly hear men saying you must consider the "Context" which surrounds what Jesus said, yet I believe when Jesus speaks, "He is the context".

I believe reaching the place of 'The" divine understanding of Christ is left up to "Straining" minds of men that have since found themselves prepared (as if willing) so they can look beyond the normality's of what man assumes is in "Order" in this world.

And that would be in order for man to then see the divine "Context"

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."  NIV

I've always been amazed when I drive through a mountainous roadway or tunnel through the side of a mountain, to then think what was involved to make my commute today one that is less treacherous.

There have been times when I can visualize men cutting down tree's, dynamite blasting and heavy equipment cutting a swath through a heavily wooded area yet this only speaks to the labor aspect in order to make such a luxury available

Such images don't even touch the planing and coordination considerations it must have took in order to complete such an undertaking.

John 14:10-12
The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. 11

Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves

I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
NIV

And men say to themselves when they repeatedly fall, "We've All fallen Short of the GLORY of God" as if to suggest "This is our way" and they would be right if speaking only of times that have since past.

Has there been a path cleared for a "New Creation"? Has there been an example left behind to since follow? Has man once again placed his now "Owned" expectations upon his own understanding?

Where then is the Faith that is also pleasing to God?

Heb 11:5-6
For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
NIV

What is earth bound Context and what is divine Context?

Because man has assigned Jesus his New address in heaven alone, has he forgotten His lines that are now in play?

Who were the forceful men being spoken of? Why the inference of the least in the kingdom of heaven? What were these prophets speaking of as if in the future if not about Christ and His Kingdom? Were they received and understood?

And where is the kingdom of heaven today if NOT within YOU?

Rev 19:10

At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy ."
NIV

Matt 11:12-13
From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it. For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John.
NIV

Luke 17:20-21
Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, "The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you ."
NIV

Matt 10:6-7
Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel. As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.
NIV

Matt 13:51-52

"Have you understood all these things?" Jesus asked

"Yes," they replied

He said to them, "Therefore every teacher of the law who has been instructed about the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old."
NIV

John 17:24-26
"Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.

"Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them."
NIV

Zeph 3:11-13
On that day you will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from this city those who rejoice in their pride.

Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill. But I will leave within you the meek and humble, who trust in the name of the LORD.

The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths.
They will eat and lie down and no one will make them afraid."

Lord come quickly!

As a Christian you will find yourself at certain times and locations where all you have to stand on is the dirt directly beneath your feet and that while trying to maintain the nurturing belief that tells you God still owns the whole earth and everything in it. sw

Learning to accept all that's contained in the suggestive word "Lord" includes everything your Lord of choice has said and does and for the sake of being given the label as your "Lord".

The word "believer" among many others that have historically been associated with the Christian Faith based words related to choice(s) seem to be loosing their foothold within the "Social" arena of opinions.

Just as equal, there was once a closet that also had a lock on the door which housed other uncertain types of mindsets that were once considered tolerant or active participants in the "Offensive" of their behavioral traits.

That once quiet and small closet where the likeness of adulterers, rapist, murderers, homosexuals and pedophiles were routinely locked away from the main stream of people that flowed through your Township.

That was in a day of a life on "Easy Street" where darkness was dark and light only promoted what was considered "Good". Today, what is Hot and what is cold? Is it the realm of a world where being luke warm makes for poor discernment?

A world where an enemy can simply blend in and cloak the manifestation of their darkest thoughts? Thoughts that "were" once their "Inner" most desires that have since become the surrounding environment we all suffer and wade through as if the exercise of our endurance?

A world where self indulgence knows no boundaries. The environment where self control now only understands law to be the teeth of its enforcement and that only when caught in the "Act"?

The question that never seems to get asked is "Who gave them the key to get out" or in terms only flood survivors can understand, "Who helped them get on board" the ship that's now close to sinking?

Who were the ones that supposedly "Reformed" them? Who were the ones that raised them without a familiar sense of remorse?

Who were the ones that never questioned them? Who were the ones that turned their heads when their behavior was conducting itself in dark alley's and shadows? Who were the sitting Judges during their tenure of influence in this world?

If you don't already know I'll give you a hint, "The liars did it"!

Every last single one of them formed the very chain that pulled them into the boat!

I can hear it now, "That's might sound like news, but how do we get them OUT of the boat WE are in"?

Solutions!

Everybody in these days want quick solutions or the quick fix. The answer is, "You don't"!

What can you do AFTER they've already been served their acquittal?

Presently you're stuck with them, their opinions and their ability to further influence this world until their replacement enters this world!

The only way to deal with them under the current terms and rights given them by way of agreement is to birth them out.

Wait just a minute before you turn the channel, hear me out?

We can borrow from the divine principles already established and in place. As is anything that also has a new beginning, there's a starting point or point of entry. There's only one basic principle involved and it begins with "YOU"!

You  must be born again of Gods word and His spirit having then become a NEW creation that is loyal and dedicated to the LORD who stands over and governs this kingdom Principle!

Stop living as if there's nothing that can or can't be done that pertains to You and quit blaming all else on a God you've spent your life trying to mold from everything that is false.

What is it other than "Unbelief" that could cause a man to "Find" himself unable to view the One that also created man basically from "Nothing" as the same One that can give to you the very life giving breath this same "Nothing" then breathes?

And that on the other side of this imperfect life man seems to want to hold so dearly to?

What are the struggle's of an imperfect being if not for the CAUSE of what man has since learned and allowed himself to be indoctrinated (steeped) in?

Why does imperfection cling to thoughts of having been made imperfect? Why can't this being that has "Fallen" in love with the excuse of it's own imperfection instead view the Truth as if a rescuing tide of refreshing?

Could the root of the problem still be this very "Imperfection"? And the very substance of this imperfection is it's own inability to choose right from wrong and that in all instances? Who should this person of imperfection then turn to?

Who is worthy of declaring what the voice of perfection (God) says if all men have been tried, found guilty and sentenced to a life that now suffers from the net result of  "Imperfection" Inc.?

Why is there a rising fear of a New World Order? An "Order" that could possibly be induced by forces that are also "Beyond" the control of mankind unless man has become so familiar with himself and as if the TRUE potential which stem from his own "Imperfections"?

What is this struggle of imperfection about if not ALL that Love is and does while here and that while having been told we were made and designed to be in the Likeness of One creator?

Why the high rising banter over the "Grand prize" and seeming dominate voice as it concerns "Creation"?

Why are the rocks found in the foundation of Christianity so sought after with hammer and chisel? Why are the rocks of Christianity so aggressively being removed from the expanding fields of other religions?

Why the unsettled issues that pertain to life, mortality and morality that obviously wage war against and create seemingly uninterpretable statistic's?

The same growing potential found within the rule book of "Stats" which only seem to concern the corporate existence of mankind when they're NOT found in his favor?

And all the above having since been placed (planted) on a sphere that's being influenced by an opposing force which still looks and hopes to prevail? Prevailing in terms of the sought power that's "Since" been unearthed as if to sufficiently prove Right another voice that has spoken?

1 Peter 1:22-25

Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from the heart.   For you have been born again , not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

For, "All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord stands forever."

And this is the word that was preached to you.
NIV

No flood is required, no massive fire where only the witches and warlock's get burned at the stake. Such a time for those events is down the road in another day that will be under the directive of the Lord and His sovereignty.

Some might suggest that a persons "Perspective" is only the results a chosen sampling pool, yet does that hold true as if the cumulative result(s) of humanities choices that have also been repeatedly "Tested" throughout time?

The words from the mouth of God suggest to Christians their faith will be tested.

Many consider the testing of their faith to interpret as if something that's been taken "Personal". The God reality is the mutual benefit then enjoyed by the whole (Body of Christ) as the whole is brought to maturity being made complete.

The entire story of Job looses it's meaning when the truth does NOT maintain both the front and back side of everything we read he survived.

God spoke and labeled him as a "Righteous" being named Job BEFORE and after he went through everything he did.

Don't view a mans "doubt's" as if true weakness, instead view doubts as a weakness that only God can convert into real strength.

We're drowning in a world that loves to produce doubt, yet the objective of doubt is to drowned out what God has declared through everything He's also created!

There's an old song that has a line in it that says, "Don't you listen to what man say's". That man is the voice of one that looks to undermine everything the creation of God speaks otherwise!

Heb 11:27
By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king's anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible
NIV

Rom 1:20
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities — his eternal power and divine nature — have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse .
NIV

James 1:2-8
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.

Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.

But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.
NIV

Even more as we are being rescued by the content of Gods helpful words, it also states that a very specific group of people also once put Him to the test for 40 years.

How do you read what God framed and named that time period where He was tested?

There's more to be mined from the word passage below than meets the natural eyes. As if conditional, these words state "If" you hear His voice do not harden your hearts".

If that statement does NOT somehow apply to you personally, then continue on as if to consider it obvious God is NOT speaking to you! yes, you're free to continue to enjoy your present freedom as long as it continues while doing what you've been doing all along.

Yet if you have or even think for a moment you have heard His voice, I urge you to stop what you're doing, turn your attention towards Him, listen and listen closely.

Heb 3:7-9
"Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion, during the time of testing in the desert, where your fathers tested and tried me and for forty years saw what I did.
NIV

If you can allow the question, how can the spirit of God compare what their fathers did hundreds of years prior to what those who were present at the time of the above address?

Those who have yet to find themselves on the receiving end of poor "Statistic's" may also still have their heads buried where the sun doesn't shine.

If you can find it possible, "Let's be real"! Let's get comfortable in the skin we hide our true nature beneath. Let's take a closer look at what compels you to think and process those same thoughts to then do and say what you do?

When you grow tired of the misery found within your own words only then will you discover the power found in the words of your creator!

I've yet to meet the person who does not want to meet the ONE that created them with exception to those whose fear and concern for His being is only a "Fear" factor the way the world goes to great lengths in order to define fear.

Soon enough we all will meet with the one whose words were proved to contain the sufficient power that has shaped and formed us into all that we've since become.

Having become all that we've believed to be true!

Having believed and fallen in love with the content of  those same words we have loved more than a life that proves to be "True" and everlasting.

When someone says to You, "I don't know You" how much more context do you need in order to hear what they've just told you in plain terms?

Luke 13:26-27
"Then you will say, 'We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.'

"But he will reply, 'I don't know you or where you come from. Away from me, all you evildoers!'
NIV
