What makes the Psalmist Sing

What is True wisdom? Is wisdom simply knowing facts, knowing what seems to work in this world  or knowing what is right and that because God said so?

Someone has said and many have believed, "There are times we hurt most the Ones we Love".

Is this true or simply an observation made that has yet to be judged "Righteous"? As if putting a dab of whip cream on a serving of horse manure in order to make it appear less unattractive?

In terms of "Trust" and the "Expectations" of Gods Will for His sons, how important is to Know beyond doubt that God HAS already provided for such things and as depicted is now "Seated" in the throne room of His Grace and presence?

Many today will suggest, 'Everything happens for a reason", yet they'll fail miserably at remembering who God is and that at all times. How long does it take for the results of the events/episodes of life to accumulate as if Manna on the floor of the desert?

Enough that is to suggest the question is no longer what is this "Stuff" that is real and that's here every day and at a certain time?

To then hear and believe our own words offered in Prayer to God that have been "Realized"? Even those seemingly simple prayers where we've only managed enough time to pray for our daily Bread?

Jesus said "I Only do as I See the Father doing"! If Jesus is said to be our example by way of easy to understand words such as "Follow Me, why do so many suggest God doesn't want us to reach for this same type of sight that ONLY He can provide?

Are some only looking for themselves?

As a believer in Christ who now lives a life that's since been made "Real" because of Christ, we must be very careful in what we do believe to be true. Otherwise what might we fail to see and/or miss in this world?

Things missed yes, but more importantly the guidance and directing of the eyes of God that do see what God is doing in the moment?

There truly needs to be a greater emphasis placed in the understanding as to why the need for the Godly renewal of the Mind.

Especially so when we remember the soul includes the extended activity that is spurned by the mind.

When considering the difference(s) we do find in this world we must remember we are seen by God as spirit beings. That also to mean nothing is hidden from God to include the "Blindness" our flesh suggest it makes available.

I wish I were only talking about unbelievers when suggesting the involvement in this world that has ONLY to do with the flesh. The type of mind which comes from things we've refused to let go of as far back as the womb.

Strong holds that not only seem to refuse to let go of our mindsets with regards to WHO we actually ARE in Christ because we have thoroughly investigated and decided on His name, but even greater prevent us from becoming WHO God says we are in Christ.

John 1:12-13
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
NIV

Is there a difference in those who do believe there is a God and those who do not? Is there a difference between the many Gods that men have exalted in their thinking?

If I walked up to you and introduced myself and stated the name I'd been given, you'd likely not flinch, yet if I told where I was from at what point would you begin to question my claim? What if I told you my name was Joe and I'm from Mars?

What would you then be able to draw upon when formulating your opinion of my claim of "Existence"? Wouldn't it depend all that "You" do you know about "Martians"? And Would that depend upon what you also believe to be true about MARS?

Mars being the same place where there is presently NO proof life is or can exist there?

Now what if I told you my name is Joe and I'm a "Christian? What if your personal perception of those who suggest they're Christian also had to do with there being no real proof there is "Life" In Christ?

Now ask yourself what is Faith and how has your own faith in God proved God to be the ALL" which HE claims to be and that NOT only towards ourselves?

To then superimpose the expectations found in the following words?

1 Thess 4:1-2
Finally, brothers, we instructed you how to live in order to please God , as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus.
NIV

Heb 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please God , because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
NIV

If reward only comes on the other side of servitude, doesn't that qualify your efforts as paid labor? Yet if reward does come as provision prior to payday doesn't that prove the righteousness of the one who made the Promise(s)?

Why set you heart on and lust after what the pagans have and that by whatever means they've personally realized "Gain" or "Profit" by way of having lusted after such things.

Luke 12:29-31
And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
NIV

John 7:16-18
It comes from him who sent me. If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own. He who speaks on his own does so to gain honor for himself, but he who works for the honor of the one who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him.
NIV

Ps 59:17
Oh my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, You Oh God, are my fortress, my loving God.
NIV

2 Tim 1:7
For God did not give us a spirit of timidity , but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
NIV

Jude 20-21
But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.
NIV

Acts 17:26-28
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.

God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.'
NIV

Why do you study to show yourselves approved? Approved by whom and why? For your own honor and glory or so that the word of God will become attractive?

God is willing. Amen

  1. Oh brother, I love your whip cream analogy. :-)

Tell me, who is the Father Jesus is imitating?

Well brother, I don't know much about Martians, but I surely know the Father Jesus is imitating.

    Concerning the
"Life in Christ", in my opinion, every body who has received that life, must surely know that he or she is born again and is a brand new man, old things have passed away behold all things are new.

  2. Paul, I agree with your last paragraph specifically.

Obviously I don't share what I do for fame and fortune. The whip cream thing??? It just came that way.

I just hope it painted a clear image in terms of contrast as well certain things that "stinketh" as King James might have preferred such thoughts be recorded...

In my heart of hearts I don't believe anything any man can suggest while in this world can truly IMPROVE on what and how God has already spoken. I just pray what I share finds a mutual home within the midst of all that HE has said. amen?

    Thanks for sharing Paul...
