Read On....

There are times when I'm not sure why but the older I get I simply find words fascinating. Not so much for their politically correct usage, but more the universally divine scope of their potential.

People use word combinations as simple as "Sticks and Bricks" in the hope of painting images or making "Impressions" on the mind of others.

In other instances and in terms of expounding on a thought, people find themselves having to "Borrow" from the preexisting images from antiquity others have already painted.

Most have heard the phrase "House of Cards" or "Living in a Glass Houses". Yet without expounding and making mention of the slightest breeze or throwing rocks, such images might convey as that  of being in balance or the state of transparency?

The nature of the spiritually naked Mind is to lock onto the central or center piece of the words being offered at any given moment much like the hinge the weight a door swings upon that either opens OR closes. The remainder of what's being said must then find a resting place upon the infrastructure already in place as if on a bed of emotions.

Look at How the apostle Paul writes in his suggestive citing(s)?

Heb 3:4
For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.

NIV

Many minds have taken hold of the thought that its the physical body alone being referred to as THE temple of the Holy Spirit. In doing so they lay aside the potential value "Words" do have in the development of the individuals mindset which the remainder of our being then follows.

Why the suggestive need to "Hold every thought captive unto the Lord" as well being fore warned when one does believe with ALL their heart, Mind (soul) and strength not only be hearers of the words but doers"?

Matt 12:34-37
For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned ."
NIV

For example, why the need for the "Renewal of the Mind" God speaks of through His messengers? Who is it that also believes what God says do we then allow to aid in that developmental building process?

Many are willing to see the life they now live as if Non-applicable because they are "Saved", meaning they're bodies are simply on "Cruise Control" while waiting on that Day to come that will usher in the Lord and there is nothing they can do outside of physical fitness because God is doing the "Rest". But Read On.....

Yes John 3:16 delivers a beautiful thought but hold on while WAITING there's "More"!

Not intending to lock anyone down like a "One Way" check valve, but the words of God do say Done THROUGH Him and Not what God has done through you. In terms of "Doing" something on behalf of God Is there a difference between those two (approaches) thought processes?

2 Cor 13:8-10
8 For we cannot do anything against the truth , but only for the truth

We are glad whenever we are weak but you are strong; and our prayer is for your perfection. 10 This is why I write these things when I am absent, that when I come I may not have to be harsh in my use of authority — the authority the Lord gave me for building you up, not for tearing you down.

NIV

If god is the One doing all the said "Doings" believers participate in within their post acceptance livelihood(s), then wouldn't that qualify God as doing evil when men DO fall short of His type of Glory?

Keep in mind the words of God were NOT intended to have the same effect on those who DO NOT BELIEVE in Christ, the power of His name nor the power of ones Testimony about Him.

How can one truly worship an otherwise invisible God who also says of himself that He is spirit without Faith that He not only exist, but is and does share in the Life we NOW live out?

Heb 11:1-3
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony

By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible
NKJV

The saints of God need to cease trying to clump themselves in that same unconditioned category the world offers, otherwise they're doing nothing more than aiding and abetting an unfruitful thought life.

Being transformed begins in the Mind yet NOT the same mind the world offers. A world (realm) that goes to great lengths while trying to CREATE an environment which tries to explain AWAY the divine nature of Gods spirit God says is patiently waiting to indwell ALL Men (whosoever Will believe)

The Fig tree that Jesus passed by didn't wither because it DID have fruit hanging from it's branches

The guidance of Gods words are FOR those who DO believe in what He says is "True". Not only True about the creation that already obeys Him (Stars, plants and animals) but to those He's provided for the reality of Life having given them the presence of  "Soul" that is now accompanied by His Spirit instead of the spirit that is OF this world.

The biblical Icons, performers, players or however else you wish to portray them, their lives that have already been lived are no longer tangible. Without our spiritual senses what they've left behind for our benefit can't be touched, smelled, seen, tasted or heard for all that they are with only our natural senses.

Have you ever pondered why the word "Vicarious or Vicariously" doesn't translate/insinuate a life lived as if a "spiritual" existence?

And to think how easy it is for most to believe such things as a "Good and Evil" that hope to enter this world and to live through humanity?

A vicarious (spiritual) life that is lived out through Him beyond that particular point in time (birthday) where He came In as more than just an awareness of being in His presence, but instead a being who does have the HOPE of a continued (eternal) existence. That existence being such that which will also remain in His presence once judgement has passed.

You've heard of a person being comfortable in their own skin, but what about a spiritual personage being comfortable in their own Spirit? Does the spirit Of God dwell "Richly" in You? And how do You identify with that same spirit if it is NOT You who is trying to Live through Him instead of the other way around?

John 3:19-21
This is the verdict : Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil

Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."
NIV

A starting point where You respond as to how YOU see any life should be lived beyond having accepted Christ as Lord? And as Lord that is above the status of a "Job Site" foreman of your life? A performance consideration that you want to be considered to been IN Christ?

1 Cor 3:10-17
By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder , and someone else is building on it.

But each one should be careful how he builds. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If any man builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, his work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man's work. If what he has built survives, he will receive his reward. If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames

Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.

NIV

"E pluribus unum" roughly translates from Latin to English "Out of many, One".

What if the essence of the above mantra when it was originally received were "Transposed" in it's interpretation? That to suggest its point of origin were saying, "Out of one, Many"

It sounds sketchy, but wouldn't it first require examining and believing in the objectives(s) of the source? That to men who provided the word structuring?

Bring such a phrase along side "In God WE Trust" and see if it cross translates without finding itself in opposition in its suggestive nature?

Accepting that phrase the  way I've presented would now require trying to find a way to merge many other seemingly meaningful phrases into ones present belief infrastructure much like a jigsaw puzzle?

Words are fitting yet only when they depict and/or help depict what already "Is" and that by the Mouth and hands of God. Amen

What makes the Psalmist Sing

What is True wisdom? Is wisdom simply knowing facts, knowing what seems to work in this world  or knowing what is right and that because God said so?

Someone has said and many have believed, "There are times we hurt most the Ones we Love".

Is this true or simply an observation made that has yet to be judged "Righteous"? As if putting a dab of whip cream on a serving of horse manure in order to make it appear less unattractive?

In terms of "Trust" and the "Expectations" of Gods Will for His sons, how important is to Know beyond doubt that God HAS already provided for such things and as depicted is now "Seated" in the throne room of His Grace and presence?

Many today will suggest, 'Everything happens for a reason", yet they'll fail miserably at remembering who God is and that at all times. How long does it take for the results of the events/episodes of life to accumulate as if Manna on the floor of the desert?

Enough that is to suggest the question is no longer what is this "Stuff" that is real and that's here every day and at a certain time?

To then hear and believe our own words offered in Prayer to God that have been "Realized"? Even those seemingly simple prayers where we've only managed enough time to pray for our daily Bread?

Jesus said "I Only do as I See the Father doing"! If Jesus is said to be our example by way of easy to understand words such as "Follow Me, why do so many suggest God doesn't want us to reach for this same type of sight that ONLY He can provide?

Are some only looking for themselves?

As a believer in Christ who now lives a life that's since been made "Real" because of Christ, we must be very careful in what we do believe to be true. Otherwise what might we fail to see and/or miss in this world?

Things missed yes, but more importantly the guidance and directing of the eyes of God that do see what God is doing in the moment?

There truly needs to be a greater emphasis placed in the understanding as to why the need for the Godly renewal of the Mind.

Especially so when we remember the soul includes the extended activity that is spurned by the mind.

When considering the difference(s) we do find in this world we must remember we are seen by God as spirit beings. That also to mean nothing is hidden from God to include the "Blindness" our flesh suggest it makes available.

I wish I were only talking about unbelievers when suggesting the involvement in this world that has ONLY to do with the flesh. The type of mind which comes from things we've refused to let go of as far back as the womb.

Strong holds that not only seem to refuse to let go of our mindsets with regards to WHO we actually ARE in Christ because we have thoroughly investigated and decided on His name, but even greater prevent us from becoming WHO God says we are in Christ.

John 1:12-13
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
NIV

Is there a difference in those who do believe there is a God and those who do not? Is there a difference between the many Gods that men have exalted in their thinking?

If I walked up to you and introduced myself and stated the name I'd been given, you'd likely not flinch, yet if I told where I was from at what point would you begin to question my claim? What if I told you my name was Joe and I'm from Mars?

What would you then be able to draw upon when formulating your opinion of my claim of "Existence"? Wouldn't it depend all that "You" do you know about "Martians"? And Would that depend upon what you also believe to be true about MARS?

Mars being the same place where there is presently NO proof life is or can exist there?

Now what if I told you my name is Joe and I'm a "Christian? What if your personal perception of those who suggest they're Christian also had to do with there being no real proof there is "Life" In Christ?

Now ask yourself what is Faith and how has your own faith in God proved God to be the ALL" which HE claims to be and that NOT only towards ourselves?

To then superimpose the expectations found in the following words?

1 Thess 4:1-2
Finally, brothers, we instructed you how to live in order to please God , as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus.
NIV

Heb 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please God , because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
NIV

If reward only comes on the other side of servitude, doesn't that qualify your efforts as paid labor? Yet if reward does come as provision prior to payday doesn't that prove the righteousness of the one who made the Promise(s)?

Why set you heart on and lust after what the pagans have and that by whatever means they've personally realized "Gain" or "Profit" by way of having lusted after such things.

Luke 12:29-31
And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
NIV

John 7:16-18
It comes from him who sent me. If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own. He who speaks on his own does so to gain honor for himself, but he who works for the honor of the one who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him.
NIV

Ps 59:17
Oh my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, You Oh God, are my fortress, my loving God.
NIV

2 Tim 1:7
For God did not give us a spirit of timidity , but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
NIV

Jude 20-21
But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.
NIV

Acts 17:26-28
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.

God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.'
NIV

Why do you study to show yourselves approved? Approved by whom and why? For your own honor and glory or so that the word of God will become attractive?

God is willing. Amen

What's the difference between Suppressing the Truth and Hiding It?

There are many things a man can spend time pondering in this world, yet how much of what he ponders has anything to do with truly seeking the righteousness of God. sw

Prov 27:17-22

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

He who tends a fig tree will eat its fruit, and he who looks after his master will be honored.

As water reflects a face, so a man's heart reflects the man.

Death and Destruction are never satisfied, and neither are the eyes of man.

The crucible for silver and the furnace for gold, but man is tested by the praise he receives.

Though you grind a fool in a mortar, grinding him like grain with a pestle, you will not remove his folly from him.

NIV

Disregard for the things that do belong to God include what. sw

Rom 1:18-21
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.

For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities — his eternal power and divine nature — have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

NIV

Ps 8:3-9

3 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him? You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings
and crowned him with glory and honor.

You made him ruler over the works of your hands; you put everything under his feet: all flocks and herds, and the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas.

O LORD, our Lord, how majestic
NIV

Heb 12:14
Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy without holiness no one will see the Lord. NIV

Was the salutation(s) of the Apostle Paul words of sincerity or was he only being politically correct in his timely address to everyone who would later read his words?

1 Cor 1:2-3
To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ — their Lord and ours:

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
NIV

It's one thing to try and see the Lord by way of treating Him as if He's a man, yet coming to Know His person requires what? Accepting Him for who He is?

When someone hears God say, "Your ways are not my ways" more often what gets heard? An echo that's relative to distance? People use the excuse that because they're NOT God, how can they be like Him?

How true is that if there were such a thing as a self fulfilling prophecy?

In terms of extremes, is the distance between God and man measured by the the sinfulness of men, the Holiness of God or an unhealthy combination of the two?

Have you ever truly examined AND accepted the TRUE Nature of God as if who He God is? Why is it so hard for some to embrace who God says He is?

The same God who says He is faithful? The God who says and has shown that He is merciful? The same God who says He will remember your sins "No More"? Could it be because those who suggest they represent God go to such great lengths as if looking  to keep you from the Love of God?

How do they remind you AND are they truly doing what they do for your sake or for their own? Doing what ever it is they assume they're accomplishing by reminding "You" of your past as if somehow hiding the essence of what they still secretly struggle with?

People are always talking with near hatred towards being rejected or being found socially unacceptable, yet what about the Lord?

John 1:10-13
He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his ownbut his own did not receive him . Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
NIV

In terms of a "Status", how important would you consider it to be where you're always open to being questioned?

What is about a questions that seems to agitate people? Some will even go as far and argue, "I have no problem with transparency especially with those I trust" but what about those you may not totally trust?

In terms of trust exactly how long is that list of personalities you tell yourself you also trust with your inner most thoughts? To then truthfully consider why you may or may NOT find yourself being hurt by those same people?

People are ALWAYS talking about the obvious things they suggest they "Feel", but how lonely is the "Feeling" when in shows up as "Lack of trust"?

Do words like distance come to mind? Have you ever asked yourself does God have a soul? Did Jesus the Christ sent of God have a soul? The same type of soul where men wrestle with and rationalize through what they say they know to be true? The hard part of that question is do they have to go through such things alone?

Why isn't the more meaningful question, "Why don't you trust God more than others"? Why do you not get mad at God when you know He can do certain things yet you find he won't at times for some unknown reason?

Yet in that same light you're nearly willing to crucify those you suggest you love when they won't or you can't get them to do do what YOU want them to do?

How perfect is perfect and how sincere is the Love that exceeds all expectations?

1 John 4:19-21
We love because he first loved usIf anyone says, "I love God ," yet hates his brother, he is a liarFor anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God , whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother. NIV

A brother is a brother because he comes from the same womb, yet in heaven there is no gender.

Divide and conquer is the mandate, yet it only belongs to those who embrace its purposes.

Is it still any wonder why some don't want others to be closer to God than they are are within their own foolish and selfish reasoning?

To hopefully be continued

Is God truly a mystery or does man need Him to be?

Is "Believing' God the same as "Obeying" God? As well can either be received without being aware of the other?

The older I get I often wonder if remaining spiritually immature all of ones physical life is a sin? Especially in light of knowing Once born again of the spirit of God that same God's desires to raise spiritual sons who DO live according to and enjoy their "Being" in the righteous will of God?

How different does that look as opposed to living like a survivalist who has no father that does NOT "Effectually" communicate and on a regular basis enough that those sons are being lead by His spirit?

How important is the presence of God to each individual in this world? It's one thing to assume you're only in Gods presence on Sunday's while at the church building, yet to live as if God is NOT present 24/7 Monday through Saturday says what to your own soul?

Think about liars this way if you can, It's easy to externalize and despise people who lie to you from "Out There", yet when the lie is heard from within how much more does it hurt once its realized you've lied to yourself?

Now add the thought of Christ in You as one who is party to every word you've spoken?

I believe with all my heart the spoken words of God that have been recorded and bound for the eternal benefit of man are true and accurate, yet I also believe God speaks in many different ways to men in their individual daily lives. He tells one to go here and go there and to another wait here.

I believe God explains His personage through and by way of Everything He's created which only agrees with what He says. What men forget too often is they too were "Created" by the hands of that same sovereignty.

Spiritual maturity is NOT only being aware of a spiritual presence, but an attentive life style that is looking for God within everything He's created at all times and that to include ourselves and others. Not so much for what God can do, but how I can find myself in agreement in whatever it is God is doing wherever it is I find myself.

The word of God says much about sin and the sinful nature and men seem to focus on such things, yet God and His Mercy would have those who have chosen His mercy to focus on what being forgiven looks like instead spending a life time responding only the affects of sin.

The sinful nature takes delight in the side affects of sin. This nature almost like the physical addict understands not only the power of the lie but also the after affects and spiritual lethargy (quenching) once yet another "Dose" has been taken.

The words of God spell out what sin looks like as if something participating in this world, yet it does not give sin a singular name or a face does it?

In my opinion men choose to supply the name and face(s) having made the decision to join their bodies together with this nature.

The one thing NOT being preached today is what does the "Forgiven" of God look like? People are always using analogies about a glass half full and one that's half empty, yet what about the cup Jesus had to drink? One might catch a glimpse of it here and there, yet how rare is it to see it day after day in the same person?

Forgiven of God is one thing, but how rare is being forgiven of your yet to be fully realized "Enemies" and who are they? Think about forgiveness this way, are you not your own enemy if you can't find it within you the capacity to somehow forgive yourself? And that's only mentioning you to then consider exponentially all humanity.

When talking about "Christ and His bride the Church", the spirit of God uses the imagery of a man and woman. This image, is it only about what humans without the mind of Christ have NOT accomplished  to date or was it intended to follow suit with "The man that loves HIMSELF loves his wife"?

Granted some are quicker to forgive themselves over and above others, yet this forgiven landscape should be one that has been leveled by the sanctifying work of the Holy spirit

One of the best virtues in this world is to be a healer and even better a fast healer. That to suggest quick to forgive does affect how soon you forget. Granted that does NOT mean in some instances time and space between you and the offender is not also needed as part of the healing process.

In terms of mercy King David came to learn a very hard lesson about mercy. His summation was basically it is better to fall into the merciful hands of God than man.

What if this were true, "Every action is first a thought before it becomes an action that's taken"?

Men seem to enjoy laying to the charge of God that He is responsible for everything that takes up time and space on the earth and that because He created everything. Men also love to divide Gods time perspective and the lineage of mankind into two halves as if talking about the first and second half of a football game.

More often it looks like the attitude of God in the first half and the NEW attitude of God in the second half.

What men too often forget is that everything God planned and designed to accommodate mankind began with the thought of forgiveness and that being evidenced by the Lamb that was slain before the foundations of the world were formed.

That same thought within the sinful nature is also what gets abused as if trampling Christ under foot.

Having been made in the likeness of God I've often wondered when my own children would offend me if they were relying on a repeat of mercy and their knowledge of my nature and willingness to forgive as they went ahead and did such things or if they truly DID forget having been overwhelmed by the desires within them?

Having a Godly grasp of this insight I trust is monumental when deciding to raise children, Without this Godly discernment "Parents" can teach very little that has to do with Godliness (Godlike). To think gifts of the spirit are only for Sunday activities is foolishness when one truly considers  the Godly tools required to raise up the children of God who are part of the church.

Because we say we know the Lamb was slain before we were, is that only to suggest God knew all men would sin? Or does that suggest God so loved the world that He gave His son before He made man should man be tempted, choose poorly to then fall away from His grace?

Either way you look at it God planned ahead and once again what is Godliness (God like)?

Why does God tell mankind that He can NOT be tempted nor does He tempt any man? How does a creator explain to that which He has created (man) how and what things look like in the Eternal realm and how same relates to godliness? How does an Eternal God place on display how to lay down his life for another?

How important does it then become in knowing the Christ God sent is also the God Christians worship and praise in truth and in spirit?

Does God tell man about everything that is NOT so that man will believe and only look at the things God says ARE true and everlasting? Or does God place on display as His shining example of God in the flesh among men?

And to think how man processes information is his making list of the pro's and con's in life?

The eternal realm being such a place where no one physically dies because no one in the eternal realm has a physical body, yet how do you interpret? Since satan does have a history of telling partial truths as if only part of the story being told, what would he NOT want mankind to know?

Quick review of the Garden, what did satan steal? What did satan try to prevent by way of the spoken lie? Did God see it coming? Did God make preparations in advance?

As if breaking into the middle of that story of mankind being told and that by way of human Beings, what does God tell those who choose to believe Him? I won't argue for or against common sense, yet I will argue for the benefits of what is True and Righteous in God sight in terms of an inheritance from God.

There is wisdom from below and there is WISDOM from God, yet the two can not be mixed without the risk of missing something. I've never enjoyed going gambling AT a casino, yet I've faced the truth that all men are gamblers of different sort and mans highest wager is his own soul.

This being only one of many things God tells those who DO choose to believe Him, is that they are a NEW creation when found to BE ...."In Christ". He also tells them the same thing in as many different ways by way of creation which all agree with each other in their intent and purpose(s) having been spoken of God? And once again what is Godliness (God Like)?

Truly why did Christ not consider it robbery from God in all that He said and did while here? Why did Jesus find it so easy to do and act as he did while here versus how man the very objects of His love he came in order to teach his views not only of himself  but also of Christ in the flesh? Once again what is Godliness (God like)?

Does God delight in watching man Fail OR does God find it pleasing when men believe every word that comes from His mouth? Words which meet with His intent and purposes in having spoken those same words?

2 Cor 5:16-21
So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view . Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
NIV

Some will choose to hold on to who they are because of how long they've been that way which seems natural to them, yet I believe that to be because some see themselves having accomplished the task of becoming who they are in their "Own Eyes" instead of becoming like the apple of Gods eye.

When the heavenly realms stays in heaven and men remain mere men down here, is there not a taste of hell here on earth as if more than an ounce of prevention? Is it true evil is on the increase OR is that Christianity shrinking back because hearts are increasingly growing cold?

Rom 16:25-27
Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey him— to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen. NIV

Eph 1:3-10
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.

In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment — to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.

Does God own you or "Owe" You?

Is it ever viewed a shame when someone asks you what God has "Called" you to? Shame to mean that emotion that sets in when you find what you have to say about that same calling seems to have only to do with what someone else has told you God has said?

As if the very air used in order to breath and speak your response is NOT thick with the same zeal you might have if you were talking about something else you truly "Enjoy" doing?

And to truly consider the insight of one soul when others are hearing as if reading the meaning of words you claim God has written upon your mind and heart?

Why would Jesus suggest "MY sheep hear my voice"? Is it only with the heart One hears his voice? What voice do all men hear when they claim their heart is speaking to them?

Is it the heart that hears or is the "heart" the place of reason within a man where he goes and seeks what he deeply desires to "Understand"?

And why would Holy writ make mention of not only a hardened heart but ears that may or may NOT hear?

When it pertains to most all other applications of ones own rationale in life, you'll hear people say about others who are acting out of that place many like to refer to as "Denial", "You only hear what you want to hear".

If that IS "True" why do so many people abandon that same operating principle in their own failure to truthfully analyze their own approach to what God has to ""Say"?

Talk about compartmentalizing the potential influence of principals?

Acts 28:27
For this people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears , and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears , understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.'  NIV

There's reason the Holy words of God are more often referred to as old or "Antiquated" by an increasing number of people today. Is it only because words are being rendered impotent or that the actions of people do not equally track what people are hoping to convey through the use of words alone?

Words are increasingly loosing their "Effectual" and "Relational" value in many social circles with the exception to the opportunistic nature of monetary profit and/or gain of power.

Laws and monetary related contracts are loaded with very specific words and for a reason. Yet what good are either when only the one who drafts them understands their full potential and intent?

Do people truly change or do the words people elect in order to put those words to use?

The very prefix "Anti" when used often gets misinterpreted because its socially acceptable meaning seems to get locked or frozen away in a specific format or context.

You can see fluidity and broader essence of this word when expressed through words such as "Anti-quity" which suggest loss of equity or the passing of something. The word Anti-quated would suggest something which no longer equates because of its age.

Another word "Antichrist" the way most people choose to see and in turn "Use" it's value, expresses the damned. That to include those opposed to or who hold to the rejected opinion about the spiritual Christ, He who is as the Son of God as a spiritual being who has come in the flesh in the form of mankind.

Exactly how old is Christ? In terms of being "Outdated" how applicable are His teachings today in the minds of most who only take the time to understand the world we live in by way of "Digital" concepts, virtual reality shows and graphed opinions which more than often prevail and and as a result reflect socially acceptable norms?

When the Bible tries to implement the use of words such 'Aliens" or when songs are sang as if strangers that are just passing through, how deep do those words penetrate?

1 Peter 2:11-12
Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul. Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us. NIV

Exactly why do some stars Shine brighter than others? Does there brilliance only have to do with their distance from your perspective or does the closer light wash over the brilliance of others?

Is heaven Truly your home? Is Home also where your heart is enough that your heart fully understands what is at stake in the form of a life that gets lived while claiming to "Believe" spoken words which are looking to Inform You with the reality of "Christ In You"?

Exactly how does one quench a spirit? Even greater how does one grieve the Holy spirit and to what extent does the effects of that bleed over into a realized state of mind?

Not that the Holy Bible is not the best place to start and red ink has no value but what If Christ has more to say to you in terms of YOUR becoming obedient in the contemporary moments of life unto the "sound" of His voice?

Enough to where you do begin to realize that every man has been given the opportunity to come to know the sound and tone of his voice? Is it enough that the voice of Christ only be heard?

If evidence is what were being discussed, what evidence would there be in your life enough to prove that you've heard the voice of the Lord? What good is evidence unless it's compared to it's counterpart in order to determine its true value?

This was said to the prophet Daniel about a certain evil that was and is to come

Dan 11:32
With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him. NIV

This was also said to those who rejected The son of God when He came to His own, yet His own did NOT receive Him. Do the words below interpret as anything less because the person of Jesus did NOT directly speak these words or in fact did the Holy spirit of Christ spiritually speak those words by way of Stephen?

I real time would Stephen, You or I have spoken such words IF we knew beyond doubt the cost of speaking in such a fashion would result in the taking of our life? Is there a difference between the intentional martyr and the "Unintentional" Martyr who stumbles into unseen resulting circumstances for the sake of what is Righteous?

Who today wants or enjoys being beaten with their past when speaking what they trust they're being compelled to speak?

Acts 7:51-52
You stiff-necked people, with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are just like your fathers: You always resist the Holy Spirit! Was there ever a prophet your fathers did not persecute? They even killed those who predicted the coming of the Righteous One. NIV

Think about it, if you are biased towards an ever present and interactive Holy Spirit as one who believes God still speaks through people by way of the inspiration of One and the same Holy Spirit, it still leaves YOU as the judge of what gets said? Don't you still have to judge what is spoken to you as to whether it is True or NOT?

Or if you only find it fitting to try and hear and distinguish the voice of the Lord from what is written and believed to be Holy Script, it still somehow places you and your set of ears charged with hearing what is True or NOT doesn't it?

If what I suggest is true, how eternally important does it then become that you Know beyond doubt what establishes a person in the righteousness God accepts? Enough that your worship of God and His goodness truly is done in the spirit that has been founded ONLY upon what is said to be True about Him?

If there is trouble to be found in what gets said and "Claimed" to be true about God how does one stay as far away from said trouble? What if trouble comes looking for you and finds you in the condition you're in because you still have need of knowing and/or further coming to know the person of God?

Is it truly only all about WWJD (What Would Jesus Do) in every given set of circumstances where the names, faces and emotional attachment of others are constantly changing? What good would it do YOU to know these things about Jesus, yet find yourself without the personal influence of His nature which is spirit?

Such a nature where there is Power and power because of Gods Gifting's Christ also had by way of the same Holy spirit God has promised will dwell in those who've believed in Him? Isn't that same spirit the spirit of counsel and the spirit of Truth? Is there power in Truth and is truth also the counsel only God can provide in a world that is nearly full of lies and liars when it's convenient?

Luke 8:10
10 He said, "The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others I speak in parables, so that,

"'though seeing, they may not see; though hearing, they may not understand.'
NIV

Is it true there are secrets in God or is a more accurate assessment because God has stated it as so that men refused to LOVE the truth and so be saved?

2 Thess 2:9-12
The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10 and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
NIV

Gal 3:6-9
Consider Abraham: "He believed God , and it was credited to him as righteousness." Understand, then, that those who believe are children of Abraham. The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: "All nations will be blessed through you."  So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith. NIV

Abraham not only confessed what He believed to be true about God, but even greater Abraham acted in the fashion he did because of what He believed to be True about God and Gods merciful heart of compassion.

As a man nothing I can say can save you, BUT if what I say is true because it agree's with God what have you also denied?

Why would a corrupt world and those who love it so NOT want you or anyone for that matter to be able to trust a personalized voice to most certain degree?

Why would a person who belongs to God also want to rearrange what God wants you to learn how to trust in? Is it any wonder why so many defend their actions when called out for who they are NOT?

If the state of absolute perfection were the only license where one can speak what is true, what hope is there when such a mindset also believes that all have sinned and fallen short of the GLORY of God?

Who does that leave that can speak what is True? And to think that you and I get to make the determination for ourselves about what gets said that is TRUE about God and what is a Lie about ourselves.

What if the names of others you encounter are not Matthew, Mark, Luke or John or Paul and THEIR truthful and trust worthy relational testimony about Jesus the Christ? How important then does spiritual discernment become in their physical absence while in this world?

What about a momentary word of knowledge or revelation you really want to believe is from God? How would you confirm it and ultimately know it was trust worthy knowledge in the moment if you only trust the sound of your own voice or the fact yours and the past of others is cluttered with sinful mistakes made?

Hopefully leading to higher spiritual ground, why is it important to Know that without faith is impossible to please God? And to say you know God without knowing what pleases Him?

Is it true that God is spirit? It is if your relational hope as a believer is in Him. Yet is it also true there is a part of you that is NOT spirit and a part that is?

Is it also true there is a part of you that has NOT allowed said "Self" to be governed by what God says is true?

John 4:24
God is spirit , and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth ."
NIV

Your Welcome

Debate can be quickly resolved when Truth has been proved capable of maintaining the authority given in order to rule. sw

There was a time when a man was given the freedom to explore the boundaries of the liberty he was also given. sw

Chasing ghost is not a profitable endeavor especially when you don't know beyond doubt what they look like. sw

Do your toes curl, heart rate increase and tongue begin to twitch when words such as "Obey" and "Discipline" are directed towards You?

Does a loud voice shouting commands accompanied by eyes that are ablaze with fury have a way of bringing out what you might have not considered to be "The worst in you"? Volume may not make you right, yet it sure has a way of announcing an undeniable presence.

Ezek 10:5
The sound of the wings of the cherubim could be heard as far away as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when he speaks .
NIV

Because mankind can't change what is True, his default setting is not only to somehow try and redefine what is True but also the interpretation of all that confirms what is otherwise True. How?

Through "Conversation"! Especially when the essence of that word (convert) is taken into account.

What is it within a person that seems to want to rise up whenever some form of authority "Outside" of ourselves begins to place demands upon our "Person"? Aside from an action taken, initially what form does this "up rising" assume if not first the thought and then words that follow?

Where would such an "Inheritance" come from? What course does anything follow? More often the path of least resistance.

Is the following passage suggesting the tongue is evil? Of course not because with that same tongue God can be praised.

James 3:6
The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.
NIV

Is the status of "Maturity" truly what most have assumed it to mean?

Exactly what is maturity or WHO is it that gets to determine where someone has reached the "State" of maturity? Because this is a christian oriented blog, is asking the question about context even valid?

What is it that governs and/or maintains oversight of this "Maturation" process?

What if the frame work of the word "Mature" were pictured as if a "Mold"? A mold originally intended to define and contain THE "Objective? That objective being One and the same mold that's been designed only because there was only "One" purpose in mind?

Have you ever stopped to consider exactly where that ONE mind could be found?

As if  "One Mind" that hovers above the sea of many?

At what point does the notion of "Doing what is right" ever find it's course being altered? If you are the only ONE who establishes what is right, then at what point is it even "Possible" You could ever be "Wrong"?

Have you ever stopped what your "Doing" long enough to arrive at the conclusion exactly "Why" absolute authority could ever find itself no longer in the position of Authority?

Could it have anything to do with a "Sin" and/or "Sinful" nature?

Deut 27:14-16
The Levites shall recite to all the people of Israel in a loud voice

"Cursed is the man who carves an image or casts an idol — a thing detestable to the LORD, the work of the craftsman's hands — and sets it up in secret. "Then all the people shall say, "Amen!"

"Cursed is the man who dishonors his father or his mother."Then all the people shall say, "Amen!"
NIV

Just think if such laws were engraved upon ones mind. Then only later that person received a "New" heart which contained a "New" message that broadcast something different?

Wouldn't that place the heart and mind at odds or at war with each other while trying to blend (reconcile) the essence of the two together? Is man alone even capable of accomplishing such a task on his own OR does man need a helper or help mate?

And who is the "Holy Spirit" if not from God who can do all things through Christ Jesus?

 Titus 3:4-8
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.

He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.

This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone. NIV

You can welcome a guest and even bring them into your home and feed them, yet you can also not have them back of make them NOT feel welcome while they are there. Why is that so important? When was the last time YOU found yourself in someones home only to soon realize your were no longer extended a "Welcome"?

Picture this, you've invited someone into your home, they were shown their room in what some would think to be the darkest region of the home (dusty basement). They then entered that room and discovered they'd be sleeping on the hardwood floors?

Now wait! I know, most would suggest that person should be grateful, right? Did I forget to mention the person staying was also the same person you've acknowledged as "The King"?

It's hard for some to accept the individual person whose been given the authority to lead and direct within a given setting. For others as long as everyone else also abides by the said "Rules" it seems to make it easier to follow those rules in the fashion they've been "Presented".

Often when someone breaks rank and decides to throw off the restraints of commands, how soon does it begin to affect everyone else under one and the same authority? Is it only the point where it's assumed there are not any "Realized" consequences?

Consequences to mean any degree of pain or suffering that can be visualized and made real before actually experiencing that pain?

How far down the stream of humanity would you suppose the contaminated "Waters" of disobedience flow? Especially when you can somehow visualize 'Words" that take on and assume the image of water?

In the history of man water provided the first opportunity for a man to look into and "See" a reflection of his physical presence. If that's all there were taking up space and time within man that would be a singular matter, correct?

But what if man because he's ONLY able to see "Part" of all that he is in terms of TRUE representation needed another way in order to see the other parts of his given "Being"?

More precisely to mean the spiritual part of a man that's also wanting to gaze at a reflection of its "Self"?

Where would this spirit portion within a man then go to in order to "Look" into such a reflection as if the "Inquiry"?

John 1:1-2
In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. NIV

What if the following were a picture (metaphor) of the "Church"?

Num 5:24-28
He shall have the woman drink the bitter water that brings a curse, and this water will enter her and cause bitter suffering. The priest is to take from her hands the grain offering  for jealousy, wave it before the LORD and bring it to the altar. The priest is then to take a handful of the grain offering as a memorial offering and burn it on the altar; after that, he is to have the woman drink the water.

If she has defiled herself and been unfaithful to her husband, then when she is made to drink the water that brings a curse, it will go into her and cause bitter suffering; her abdomen will swell and her thigh waste away, and she will become accursed among her people.

If, however, the woman has not defiled herself and is free from impurity, she will be cleared of guilt and will be able to have children.
NIV

What if there is a part of a man in a prior epoch of time that was also a part of God "Before" a man was made able to realize himself at this new address?

When a spirit man decides to one day wake up from his slumber, at what point will he then realize words are the central (heart) part of who he is? Words that will decide who He is and to whom he belongs?

Food for thought "Maybe", yet reasoning must find itself hungry for what is true before it "Wills" itself to then eat and be filled.

Pain was designed to be a school master of sorts, yet when one doubts the One whom "Designed" the ability to feel pain, only then will pain become his enemy and/or find itself able to do a good work..

Thanks to nerves and our bodies natural responses to certain stimuli (without discussing the source) Pain when truthfully examined looks to prevent many things from taking place.

In this world and because of a mans own reasoning that has it's own "Way" of conditioning the mind, there will be some who pursue specific thoughts which suggest certain things are worth the "Pain". Those who've managed to train their minds to respond to pain differently than the original design.

Whether in a geopolitical arena or a small town, at what point does losing the ability to enforce rules then begin erode or strip away the "Law of the Land"? What many fail to realize today is just how much Law has to do with "Love"?

As if Love for the sake of "Peace" was the root cause most laws were implemented so their existence would be realized in the lives of those they also were intended to govern. Governed "Yes", but why only "After" a particular event does the need to be "Governed" then get realized as a need?

Many fail to see freedom the same way the mind of the same God whom also created man, yet why?

James 1:25
But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it — he will be blessed in what he does. NIV

Many read the words of God and can see the Icons/Avatars/Actors used in order to illustrate those words, yet when do those words become a part of the One observing those same words? Spoken words that were NOT intended to lose their intent or purpose no matter how many sets of hands or of eyes handled those words through the course of time?

Ancient words "yes", but are they found to be "Sacred" ancient words? Words which change lives because those words have since become part of them?

Just think how complicated its become while trying to clearly define certain laws that have been worded and recorded in a particular fashion?

Laws that received their origin from an office that is high above the understanding of everyone over which those Laws were intended to reign supreme?

What if the intent of any Law had a greater purpose in the mind of their author when they were drafted and recorded?

Law makers in one season of time can seat a panel of those assumed to be wise in order to flesh out what seems best for the people in common., yet what happens to that wise reasoning once all the members of that particular panel die?

Years later when immaturity assumes he's become a "Man" and the growing desire to confront the physical presence and reasoning of the one(s) who recorded their wisdom, what do immaturity discover besides "Opportunity"?

Especially once it's been realized the "Life" those laws once had and exemplified are now "dead" and gone?

Does wisdom also die with those who draft and see to it that certain "Laws" get implemented and then are enforced?

What happens years later when "Old" wisdom gets challenged, possibly struck from the books or gets "Revised"? Where do those who look to change laws go in order to confront "wisdom" and challenge the reasoning of wisdom? Face it, if they can't change God or what is True, what do they do?

Doesn't the debate then find itself in the courtroom of reasoning? This same jury whose interest reside ONLY in what's best, but "Best for who and why"?

Now comes the hard question, is all the above applicable to the entire "World" or only those who "Choose" belong to the body of Christ? Isn't there already a place prepared for those who will be found to belong to this world and its ways?

Those same ones of the day called "Today" who  have a "Different" way of understanding what God originally designed to become the functionality of the Church that has a temporary address in this world?

You'll never see yourself as part of anything until YOU welcome and receive the "Identity" that truly defines "Who" you are.

1 Cor 6:2-4
Do you not know that we will judge angels ? How much more the things of this life! Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, appoint as judges even men of little account in the church!
NIV

Is it true that "Laws" get changed or is it more to do with "Wisdom" that gets abandoned? Abandoned because it's no longer worthy as something that needs to continue to be "Realized"?

Drawing "New" conclusions can be a hit and miss practice.

Especially when the vague sense of the brink of destruction remains as part of the reasoning which then points to the need for the limitation(s) of principles and principalities who with careful intent also watch over that process.

Today is the Day

How long is the journey where the wisdom of heaven finds itself at home in the heart of a man. sw

Is it the man that speaks wisdom or the words of God which pass through His mouth into the ears and heart of man that make him wise. sw

If what you Believe to be true is from God why is there hesitation. sw

What is any struggle that involves the spirit of God truly about. sw

Heb 11:5-6
By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death; he could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

NIV

How far is the distance between what is true and what God says about His enemies. sw

Love among family is expected, so too the rejection of things that are not seen as believable. sw

Prov 23:9
Do not speak to a fool, for he will scorn the wisdom of your words. NIV

It's easy to read something once and assume your eyes captured every word, yet reading it again and again should prove your own eyes can deceive you once your heart has been renewed. sw

When the objective has been forgotten how long before the heart of a man also follows that path. sw

Understanding the value of One should promote the value of any number that follows. sw

The emotions of a man can either be a momentary distraction that will pass or the confirmation which speaks to what he wants to hear in the moment. sw

If Faith comes by hearing and hearing comes by the word of God what should a man find who also hopes to See his faith increase. sw

If a picture is worth a thousand words how powerful then is the example every word renders. sw

All that is True was intended to support the understanding The Joy of the Lord is your strength. sw

A rod measures and a staff supports what is True. sw

The ear tries the spoken word yet the spirit enjoys the taste of Gods words and the sound of His voice. sw

Eph 3:10-12
His intent was that now, through the church , the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.
NIV

The essence of Truth will maintain consistency whether looking forward through it or back to where it began. sw

The things which come from God who is also spirit, exactly what are such things if they are not also found to be In Christ. sw

If something is available and you never put it to Good use, what might that suggest about the wisdom of God. sw

1 Cor 2:14
The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
NIV

Rev 1:8
"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty."  NIV

The good teacher uses a sharp pointer to make sure the student clearly understands the exact object being pointed to. sw

The battle between the sexes will not be seen in heaven as is in the earth. sw

Matt 6:9-15
"This, then, is how you should pray:

"'Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.'

For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. NIV

Gal 3:28-29
There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female , for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
NIV

Neh 9:10
You made a name for yourself, which remains to this day .
NIV
